  I hate to give a 1 star rating but over the last year of placing numerous online orders for pick up I have only had one be correct. I am very busy and shouldn't have to have an extra 20 minutes of my time be taken up explaining how my order is wrong, what they missed or what I didn't order. Attention to detail!! Needless to say I will be using Lowes as my go-to form now on. Very unfortunate!! In addition, they do not give a discount to veterans. Unless you are active duty, currently serving in the NG or Reserves or have an active ID you are out of luck. Lowe's on the other hand gives a discount to all. I know where I am going from now on!!!

  I was able to find what I needed. Opened a new line for me to check out quickly. Had some difficulty locating an employee to help find the item I needed.

  After looking for an employee in lumber I was assured by employees in 2 other departments that there was someone back there. I eventually went to customer service and they told me that there WAS NOT an employee back there because he was doing something else. When the employee finally met me back at the cutting center he told me the other employee was at lunch. All I needed was 3 pieces of plywood cut. I had 2x4's as well but due to the employee saying that 'he wasn't going to spend too much time cutting because he had other things to do' I said I would cut them myself. A 2nd employee showed up a few minutes later and started talking about how he just got to work (late) because he was out all night last night. At this time a 3rd employee arrived and swapped places with the initial associate. He promptly made an incorrect cut on a board and I had to fetch another but he quickly (and I emphasize quickly) wrapped up. Finally got home, two of the pieces are approx 5/8" short. Generally awful customer service. Cashiers were nice. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR CUTTING YOUR MATERIAL, NO ONE SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO PERFORM THE JOB PROPERLY AND THEY ACT LIKE YOU ARE INCONVENIENCING THEM. Waste of time and money. ... I just went to confirm measurements before posting this review; the other pieces that were cut deviated up to 3/16" of either side indicating that their saw is either out of square or the operator was in error. I will now spend the remainder of my afternoon fixing their mistakes.
