  This is not only the worst pharmacy I've been to, it's up there with the worst service in general that I've ever had. They take for ever with everything, which is reasonable sometimes with the volume.they do, but it is 100% every time a cluster there. They have proven super unhelpful and/or lazy when insurance issues arise (like preauthorizations, refill discrepancies, etc) And today was the last straw when they straight lied about not getting a prescription from our pediatrician. I called the doctor who had confirmation that they called in and CVS received the script, but CVS was out of the medication. Instead of telling me that, they lied and said they never got it, as though there weren't systems in place to catch that l8e immediately. This was for my 1 year old with flu, and a very time sensitive drug that loses efficacy after 48 hours of getting the flu. This CVS was just going to let it ride and pass me around until I gave up I guess. They even told my doctor's office that everywhere in the area was out (even though they told me they just never got the prescription order at all) Luckily my doctor's office did 3 minutes of leg work and found the meds at a neighboring Walgreens and called the script in for me. This CVS is a joke. The only friendly and helpful people have been (literally) the entire rest of the store that handles the non-pharmacy side.
